Much more than your usual fitness tracker, the Elpis SideKick is an advanced health & wellness monitor, communication and a fitness wearable technology smartband, all-in-one.
Elpis SideKick is compatible with both IOS and Android Smart phones using an App. However, the Elpis SideKick can also work independently by receiving readings conveniently right on your wrist from the screen. Measurements of your heart rate and blood pressure can be activated by choosing the selected icon directly on the device.
The Elpis SideKick is also a watch 3 different display faces from which to choose. The display shows the time, date, battery level and Bluetooth connection. It also has stopwatch and alarm functions. Your smartphone App is used to record the vital measurements on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis.

Battery: Charge the device initially for 4 hours. Subsequent charge will only take 1-1/2 hours. Battery life - 5 to 7 days, depending on usage.
Message Alert: The Elpis will vibrate and notify you when there is a message on Facebook, WhatsApp, or other notifications that you turn on.You will also be notified when a phone call is incoming.
Sleep Monitoring: Keep track on how many hours you've slept and are you getting enough?
Sedentary Alert: You can set the Sedentary alert to remind you to get up and stretch and walk around.
Remote Camera: You can take photos with the Elpis as your remote control through your Smart phone App.
